[Resolved] Icici Lombard — refund of money for failed transaction | |||
I was trying to renew Insurance policy of my two wheeler on 10Aug 2017. I paid Rs3129 to icicilombard.com for 2 year policy. The transaction got failed due to some reason and amount got deducted from my account. They said money will be refunded within 7 working days. Today is 2 sept 2017 I didn't get my money in 23 days. I raised request on their customer care ( Reference ID [protected]) on 14th Aug. Everytime I call on their customer care no they say your request is under process. Any company/bank takes hardly 7 working days for any type of refund. But this company is not interested in paying my money back. I mailed them 5-6 times. I don't get any satisfactory answer of my problem. please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |||
