Icici Lombard — REGARDING RIDICULOUS SERVICES | |||
Greetings of the day... Sir/Madam, My claim no:GEN[protected], Registered Mobile No:[protected].I lost the job on 28th September 2014.I called up in the customer care 18002666 in the month of october.Then I received a letter in the month of November.I couriered the documents on 5th of November and delivered on 9th of november.From the starting I called so many times but not well responded.On 3rd Jan 2015, I called up in customer care, they told me that my status was not updated and disconnect the call.Again I called up, Mr.Ashutosh picked up the call and told that yes my status has been updated and received my documents.And he told me that my complaint will taken on higher priority. But nothing has done till date.I have been charged two times from ICICI bank for due em's for December and January month. I have not given any releiving letter from prior company, as they have closed suddenly without any information. From your side, not a single communication has done yet.It is really disappointing. I am a older customer of ICICI bank and due to this experience, I will going to close my account Was this information helpful? | |||
