ICICI Merchant Services — non refund of my mfs/mcs charges | |||
Dear sir, We have purchased two swipe machine from your company bearing mid [protected] with tid 88086885 and 88086884 on the name of shree udyog. We got this machine been installed in approx november month. And started the use of this machine from[protected]. The person incharge i. E. Sales person who came to have a conversation for the machine told us that if we buy more then one machine we will come under the scheme of the co. Running i. E. No mfs/mdr upto transaction of rs. 4, 00, 000.00/=. Therefore we purchased two machines from you. But from the very first transaction we are been charged mfs/mdr. At the time when on the first transaction mfs was charged we had a conversation with the same person (The person who came to sale the machine), we were told that we will get a wave of mfs/mdr all at a time later on. But till today we have not got any reversal of the mfs/mdr We are continously following up regarding this matter from the company but till today we have not got any reply from them our 1st mail was sent to them on 14th august 1st reminder was done on 17th august second reminder on 19th august third reminder on 3rd october and forth reminder on 2nd november all the time we mail we get just one reply it will take time but finally the mail sent on 2nd november we didnt got any reply from them Please look into this matter and inform us regarding the same Was this information helpful? | |||
