ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — 2 times payment (rs 25000) done for my insurance policy no[protected]

Dear sir,

1- i did try to pay amount rs 25000 against my insurance policy no[protected] on 01/08/2019 in between 1st time show the fail so i try to next attempt and come to message successfully done. But message come from bank, 2 times payment done of rs 25000 each and i checked my account, there are also show 2 times debited from my account.
2- i did not got premium certificate till now also.
