ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Cancellation requested for term life insurance but it is not canceled yet and refund not issued

Hello,

I had requested the cancellation for the term life policy but they did not cancel it yet. I had sent several emails but they are spamming with the same responses. They collected all my data online and now asking me to visit nearest branch which is 100 kms away from my district.

I had sent my details as they requested however I don’t have a cheque book so i had sent front page of my bank passbook. Again they are spamming with the same responses.

Please help me with cancellation and refund.

Updated by sameerp07 I had sent them the necessary details for the cancellation of the policy. It’s been 7 days now, they did not even reply to it.
