Icici pru life employees mislead the customers. We purchased insurance plan in May 2023 and at the time of taking policy Ipru employee and the ICICI branch Manager, Pune was stating that they will help at any time, they will regulary check market, policy and update us on giving advise to switch fund. But this has not happed.
We checked our policy and within 2 months we lost 20k and asked the Ipru employee to suggest and switch the fund then she did not reply for a week. (This is her habit of not replying for atleast 4-5 days). We live in USA so we have only medium to communicate is Whatsapp.
After that I complaint about her repetative behaviour 2-3 times to Icici Branch manager, Pune and then he shared me ICICI pru manager, Pune contact details. After all this to and fro when I received a reply from her she was asking to share OTP to switch the fund and thankfully we did not receive at that time but later. When we were not receiving OTP we reached to ICICI pru manager he told us that we can not switch your fund and we do not ask for OTP and blaming us for this situation which we were not told by any employee.
Now, when it is fault of ICICI pru employee that knowing this fact she asked us for OTP (I have all the proofs and screenshots), ICICI pru employee and ICICI Branch Manager, Pune were blaming us for this and covering up their emplyees falult which was a fraud basically. And also to the extent ICICI Branch Manager, Pune asked us thrice to close the policy as they do not want to answer us.
Our issue has not resolved yet and no new RM assigned to us since 5 days. Icici Pru manager is showing us attitude while giving the replies as well.
I want to disclose the names of all these three people and I will if i do not hear on my query within 24 hours. I want ICICI to take necessary actions against ICICI pru employee and ICICI Branch manager, Pune. Was this information helpful? |
