ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Complaint for wrong insurance for rs.300, 000/-

I was paying premium of my previous policy of rs.3000/- monthly with icici prudential. But staff shradha ([protected]) from pushp vihar branch told me to close & continue with same new signature policy with 1 time investment of fund value - 300, 000. After one year i start getting mail from icici prudential & verbal communication to pay rs.25000/month from 26th sept'20. As my earning is not more than 40, 000/month, so how i can accept such mis communication created by thier management staff. It has been passed 3 years sacrificing for money & with family illness urgent need of money. Please help me to remove my policy 48387339 from discontinued fund & refund amount with immediate effect with current value... I dropped many mails with settlement of amount with current value, but getting mail can't perform below sept-24 which will be very difficult for me survive with current position..
