ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Foreclosure of policy

Policy Number 15468820 was foreclosed without any intimation to us as per the terms and conditions of policy.
I am following with the Insurer since 14th March 2022, but the Insurer is only extending the dates instead of resolving the issue.
They told me to visit the nearest ICICI prudential branch if I want to reinstate the policy. Accordingly I visited the branch in the month of March 2022, but till date I have not got any reply from them.
