I have a Icici prdudential pinnacle super plan policy. It expired on 2nd December 2021. I have been following with them for the pay up of the policy, however they keep giving some excuse or the other. I have two tickets raised with them and both have been acknowledged - Ticket No[protected], Ticket No[protected].
Also the plan was such that i should get the highest NAV of the last 10 years, however they have changed the terms of the plan themselves and are now refusing the original method of calculation.
Eveyrtime i call them i am put on hold of 30 to 45 minutes to frustrate me and then they say we will get back and cut the call. Was this information helpful? |
