ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — ICICI PRU LIFE policy # 20297491

The above-mentioned policy # 20297491 was showing in my account named Paresh Ashar (see attachment) until 27/12/2021 and all of a sudden, it has been removed and transferred to my deceased father Mr. Chandrakant P. Ashar's account (see attachment). I have tried speaking with their customer care and sent several emails but no response to date (see email, attachments). Kindly, ICICI PRU LIFE guys put the policy back in my account (Paresh Ashar) immediately as it was before. Thanks
