I have complaint regarding my 3 policies. I have purchased them in 2022 . I had put query on icici pru site and i am also regular customer of icici bank and i have icici health policy also so i had a great trust with icici products. when i put query on icici pru life Then i started receiving calls from icici pru for purchasing of policies. my policy details are-
Name- Parvesh, Application Number- OS19166547
Name- Saroj devi, application number-OS19268961
Name-Abhishek, application number-OS19253066
I had purchased three policies of same benifits(described by agents) in different amounts. One on my name and other for my brother in law and mother in law in 2022 online through a representative naming meenakshi. She gave her manager number naming ravi kapoor and there are two RM naming richa sharma and nandini aggarwal.
As per conversation with agent they told us that we can withdraw it after 2 years i.e in 25th month . She told us that if we make our policy paid up for 10 years after two emi we will get it with 9 percent interest for all years. She told us that we will receive our paid emis alongwith 9 percent interest and with some guaranteed bonus. And there is some gst discount and cashback also
. I received the documents after more than 20 days of policy after we have paid emi . She misrepresented all the facts in very professional manner. As she was trained by icici itself. her manager and RM also stated same things. now 2nd year of this policy has been started . We have confirmed the amount before paying second emi. she told the same thing that we will receive our amount of 2 emis with all interest benifits and loyalty bonus at 25th month. And one of them richa sharma told us to hold for two year after 2nd emi. Same thing ravi kapoor(their manager) told me that i can withdraw after 2 emis. He told us that these policies had beenI directly sold with some promotional schemes by icici pru life and have different benefits than those other who purchased through office.
I have visited bank for some work and here I came to know from some person that these are fake statements. I contacted icici pru helpline for information withdrawl formalities and got shocked after hearing that there are no benefits before maturity date and i will receive amount after deductions of 30 percent of my paid premium amount i.e surrender value only( which is less then of my paid amount) .
I call them multiple times firsy they don’t attend my call then after many days they pick up my call and they called me on whatsapp when i started recording on normal call . They explained the same fraud false misrepresentation.
I called icici pru helpline they also don’t have clear information. I called them almost 10-15 times and every person has different statements. Some says your amount is not showing in our portal. Some says you will not receive any benifits after discontinue. Some says you will get amount at maturity with some guaranteed bonus if you paid up your policies. They say there is no direct selling with promotional basis as mentioned by agents. I have purchased this policy after their presentation of 2 year withdrawls.
If all things are fraud then there is hand of icici prudential itself because they trained their employees to sell those policies. Abhishek and saroj devi cant afford to pay 10 years emis so they took this plan for 2 years . They broke their FD for two years payments. Abhishek is a student and fatherless . They can’t afford for such fraud policy with their hard earned savings. I am old customer of icici having my salary account. I purchased these policies with great believe in icici products. But all agents fraud with me and helplines of icici pru are also fraud. They all have different statements. I have all call recording with so called agents RM and manager and your helplines for proof .
I want full refund of my policies because they are falsely misrepresented to us. Kindly help me out. If there is no benefits as mentioned after 2 years kindly return my emis. There is totally fraud with me. i don’t want to continue these fraud policies anymore. kindly help me . I just want my paid emis amount i dont need any extra benifit amount.
More than 10 days passed to mail to ICICI pru but I haven't recieve any resolution for my complaint yet.
I have searched for their last year conversation in which they give cashback on my mother in law and brother in law policy for 5 percent .
When I confirm through helpline there are no such offers.
It clearly means there is fraud of misselling with their cashback offers from commission which they earned through our policies.they everytime show us that we will receive our 2. Emi alongwith all benifit and interest after 2 year if we want to withdraw.but I have confirmed through icici bank and icici prudential and with branch there are no such conditions.
The policies on which they offer cashback are C8282909 and C8190796.
My policy number is C6838297
I have their recordings, chat and also I have bank NEFT message of cashback I had received at that. Time
They do misselling to me with fraud .
I have those three policies and I have mentioned all details in previous mail.
Kindly solve my complaint. I want refund of my policies. the agency which is mentioned in my documents is catalyst insurance broker pvt lyd delhi
