"i purchased the group-term policy[protected] and i have attached the policy copy along with this email.
However, when i try to login to icici prudential website and enter this policy number with my date of birth, it says invalid policy number or dob (Date of birth).
When i tried reaching to the customer support[protected], however ivr prompts me to enter my policy number, when i enter, it says invalid policy number. My concern is where will i go and renew this policy if it is not listed anywhere in the portal.
All my other 4 policies are listed under the icici prudential website except for this.
So, i had to walk into the nungambakkam (Chennai) branch of icici prudential office and spoke to the respective spoc called ashwinth.
However, he says he does not understand this policy as it is a group insurance policy and asked me to mail to [protected]@iciciprulife.com
When i mailed [protected]@iciciprulife.com, they are just sending me the same attached policy document and no response to my query.
As per their icici prudential grievevance website, i had emailed [protected]@iciciprulife.com and [protected]@iciciprulife.com but no response so far.
It is really frustrating where i am loosing my health getting so much stress on emailing them walking into their office." Was this information helpful? |
