ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Removal of pan card from irda or termination of mine Agent licence

This is Chetan Shambhu Pednekar agent of ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE mine agent code ICI01488965 and i want to surrender my code 15 days earlier i have visited to the ur office at patto panjim goa the operations team said after approval u have surrender ur id card with documents but it has been 20 days past no Response

I request you to immediate approve it and terminate or surrender my code as a reason i need my code termination as i am not interested and for other job i need termination of mine code

I have attached surrender letter with ipru stamp as proof
