ICICI Prudential Life Insurance — Removing my pan card

On 23rd January i have surrendered my code from ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE, but till now it's shows inforce on IRDAI portal.I have requested all my employer and seniors for removing this but no one helps me and there behaviours were also rude.
I am requesting you to please help me to removing my pan card because I am unable to join any other organisation from six months.
