Amita singha, my policy number is 13908112, mode yearly, plan LSPA, Policy issued on 15/05/2010. but still i am not receiving my policy bond letter, i continue my policy for three year, whenever i ask for it to my nearby branch they told me write application regarding bond letter, kindly tell me further process to solve the problem. thank you.
