IDBI Bank — close my odl company salery account

Dear Sir, Name: Vinod Yadav Ac No: [protected] Cus. Id: 70024931 Sir my last company "Serosoft Pvt. Ltd." had open my salary account in you IDBI Geeta bhavan Ratlam Kothi branch. Right now i'm in another company & my new company salary account in hdfc bank so i cant manage my old IDBI bank account since 4-5 years but it still active. no buddy can explain us about rules company either bank executive. I was go to you branch at 31 march 15 & request them to please close my account but they will say first pay your atm charged which i never used since last 2-3 years please help to close my account & I cant pay anything. please i request guide me how to close my account i cant pay anything only close my account. hope you'll understand my problem & help me to close my account without any pay. Thanks
