IDBI Federal — Refund not received

Sir I have submitted two applications (No.[protected] and[protected] for IDBI Federal Lifesurance Whole Life Savings Insurance Plan – each one for a premium of Rs 25000/- each. The proposal forms, id documents and the cheque for Rs.50000 was given to your representative at Federal bank Odanavattom branch. The cheque was encashed on 20/12/2015 – found debited from account. Later I was told that the proposal was rejected due to over age. I asked them to refund the amount to my account. I came to know from federal bank that the policy issued in the name of Nidhish, which I have given as nominee. How it was issued, i dont understand. I asked them to refund the amount with interest since[protected] as myself (the applicant) is not eligible. But I am yet to get refund or any information.
