IDBI Federal — Wrongly feed information for my insurance policy

I was applied for new insurance policy in IDBI Federal Insurance Company for my insurance. Contact person names: 1) Mr. Rajiv. Cont. No. [protected] 2) Miss Parul Verma: Cont. No. [protected]. Agent Code[protected] They feed wrong information about my contact number, my work and some other things. They also make duplicate sign of mine. I want to close this policy and want return my amount.
