Respected sir,

This is Sandeep Rajput and my contact number is [protected]. i got idea portability just 2 months ago as my office has been transfered from Gujrat to Punjab. I asked the employee of service centre in gujrat what i need to do ans i am going in roaming she just said me to recharge with roaming pack nothing else i do have postpaid connection. She didnt inform me that you will not get any free minutes in roaming. after a month they charged me Rs. 984.80 and my plan is Rs. 299. I asked them its your mistake you have to inform me that first.

After that thier customer service executive's response is very bad he was in hurrey to disconnect the call rather then to resolve my problem and his name is Kamlesh Chavda. He informed me i will arrange a call back from my supervizor within 2 hours but i didnt recive any till now. I paid my bill already they charged me twice is this the way to run the company?

Its fradulent activity done with this company without knowing customer they fetch our money.

Please have a look and i will appreciate if you can do something for me.
