[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — about the limits on calls

I have recharged for unlimited pack of calling and 2gb data per day.. Bt by having unlimited pack there are limits given on my number.. When I have recharged it was clearly mentioned that the calling will be unlimited. I don't use the call much daily. Bt when it is needed there are limitations.. Strict action should be taken and each thing should be told to the consumer about the limits or hidden things not mentioned in the pack when we recharge.

I want to refund my rs 399 on my account as soon as possible
In morning I done a recharge of 449 through my idea app and SBI UPI phone pay app but I have not done successfull my recharge and Mony was debited from my SBI bank account

I am from nuh and I have ported from vodafone to idea.but problem is that 4g connection speed is poor here even poorer than 3g.
