Hi Team, Could you please help me with the status of my below request Dear Customer, your concern on Billing Discrepancy is registered with us and would be actioned by 03/09/2016 05:10:20 PM through Communication Id C1-[protected].Thank you. I have received a call from your end on the 3rd of September confirming that an amount of 1800 rs has been waived off. And the same would be reflected in my idea app. But that doesn't seem to be happening. I m getting messages and calls to pay of the entire amount. Could you please look into this asap. I'm not going make any payments untill i am hear from you on this. N also the company has barred my Services. As per your pervious email 6GB benefits were assigned to me. So could you please confirm why i am charged with internet charges(1844 rs). Its been over two weeks that i did not hear any resolution from your end. I have been getting calls from your various service agents for the payment overdue.Can you please resolve this tomorrow. And my services are still barred any reason why?? I dont think your taking this issue seriously, i will have my next bill genrated soon. My services barred for most of the days of this bill k cycle ( aug-sep). Now this is another thing which you need to look into.
