[Resolved] Idea Cellular — bill payment issue regarding portability bill | |||
My mobile number is [protected]. 2 months before i ported out to vodafone because of inconsistent network to idea. I was also aware that bill has to be paid before porting out from idea which i did and then only vodafone people handed over me new sim card. Now i'm getting constant calls from idea as well as from vodafone to pay residual bill. I have already paid 210/- and now after 2 months they are demanding 350/- . I'm sure they must be having previous bill details. I'm concern why are they calling me to submit the proof.
