[Resolved] Idea Cellular — BIll plan issue | |||||
Hi This is Giri . I got new sim which with plan 299 and apps was installed on my mobile to monitor the usage . In 3rth month issue started, i noticed there was increased for 1500 Rs showing in apps . When i call customer care people, they keep saying no update untill bill generated . Next day it reached 2300 . Again made call and informed that its exceeding the credit limit . they said credit limit is not in fixed mode so it moved from 1000 to 2000 . I informed them i will not take responsible if amount exceed my limit and they replied with same answer they dont have control until bill generated . Next day it reached to 3000 + . They said my bill was changed from 299 to 599 for a day which was causing and limit is 4000 now ( 15th day of compliant ) . Now bill reached Rs 4896 + . I am frustrated and not using the sim any more . Now i cam getting call from many unknown guy behalf of IDEA and keep asking for payment but no proper explanation . per day 10 to 15 call which rings continuously and started troubling Myalternative number and reference number Please guy this is worst way of giving customer support, i felt IDEA will be better that Airtel . Comparing IDEA airtel service is far better . Never ever go for IDEA . Stick with prepaid service Air tel . If expensive also they give good support and accept customer feedback .
