[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Bogus refund | |||||
Recharged my idea sim for an basic internet pack via ola money. They credited me a blackberry internet plan, however i use an iphone. I got in touch with ola on the same day and told them my concerns. They replied back saying i need to get in touch with idea. I got in touch with idea and they said they can't do anything. I spend over 3000₹ every month on my phone bill and this is a classic example on how to loose a customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
