[Resolved] Idea Cellular — change from postpaid to prepaid services | |||||
Sir, I have approached idea franchisee of harihar (Railway station road) karnataka, in the month of 20aug 2017, they told me to come on 4th sept 2017, i went on that day, he asked me to clear the bills i paid completely in cash, they told within 4 days the services will be stopped & i have to use new sim, they provided. After wards the services did not stopped, again i approached on 5th oct2017, they shown me the intimation the booked in computer agin they given me another sim, they say services will be stopped within 4-5days. But now also services did not stopped & i am receiving messages & call to pay the bill before 16th oct. As i am an employee of abg group, whether i should appreciate the excellent service?
