[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Change the bill name | |||||
Hello idea, My name is vandit vora My contact no. [protected]. Am employee of "asian paints ltd" and i had corporate plan. I am facing problem on my bill name. I had confirmed with your company that bill is on my name which is (Vandit b. Vora) but on bill the first name written as "asian paints". So, when i put bill on my company for reimbursement so they refuse to allow because first name written on bill which is working company's name. They raise query on my bill which is "if bill is on my name then why written as a working company's name???. So, i had word with your customer care executive mr. Hitesh soni (Communication id : p[protected] as per our communication he said that, you have to go near by idea office and you have to submit particular document and they change the bill name. But i already visited 3-4 idea offices in ahamdabad, mehsana and rajkot respectively. They all saying that the name which is written it cant be change. So, there are two possibility either mr. Hitesh soni guide me wrong either your idea office's executive does not know how to change the name. I think the issue is very little but its been 1 and half month and still not get any resolution from your side. And also attached screenshot of my bill and full bill (Password : asia8601) Now atleast expecting quick revert and resolution from your side. And also expecting better service now onwards. I am also mail you 1st mail on ([protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com) on nov 14, 2016 at 7:08 pm, And 2nd time i sent mail on nov 15, 2016 at 8:21 pm. There is more than 96 hours from now where i sent 1st mail but still ididnt get a single revert from your side. Is there i am joking or you. And i know you will reverting on this msg because every one see my complaint. But what about actual complaint which i sent you on mail. Because no1 can see that. Right??? AGAIN...AGAIN AND AGAIN...!!!
After soo many visits to your idea stores, so many conversation with your executives on phone calls, so many putting mails on customercare id. AND AGAIN I GOT A SAME BILL NOTHING CHANGE APPEAR ON MY BILL NAME. STILL I GOT A BILL ON MY COMPANY'S NAME. AND YOU CLOSE THIS COMPLAIN...WHY???????
I am facing this issue for last two month but still nothing happen. Yesterday i have called to your customer care. And i want speak with your team leader MR. PRAKASH SURTI (Because he knows my problem) but MR. SURTI not having time to speak with custom. He said that i didn’t have not time to talk with all the customers. After i yeeling to customer care executive and finally MR. SURTI spare his valuable time to his invaluable customer. And he told that i have already escalate this issue. But they didnt change ( Before MR. SURTI was confirmed that i have change your bill name and now he is saying that other department not change yet).
IN YOUR COMPANY NO ONE WOULD TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO SOLVE ANY OF THE PROBLEM WHICH FACING CUSTOMER.

One thing I didn’t understand that when I called or mail you on customer care department he didn’t respond. And when I post a complain on this site I get a quick revert WHY??? I THINK ONE TO ONE COMMUNICATION YOU DIDN’T RESPOND BECAUSE NO ONE CAN SEE YOUR WORST SERVICE AND WHEN I POST A COMPLAIN ON SOCIAL MEDIA YOU GIVE A QUICK RESPOND BECAUSE EVERY ONE SEE YOU WORST SERVICE. Pathetic service.
