[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Charges on data pack proration fraud | |||
My idea account number is[protected]. I have ported from idea to Vodafone last month. Received bill from idea now and they have put charges on data on pro -ration against me as INR 2570. I was on a post paid plan with 1 gb of free data @ 599 a month. I also had enabled a booster pack for 250 INR for 1.5 gb data in the same month for which I have been charged. So, for what reason they are charging me INR 2570. In my entire billing history for the period of 3 years with idea my monthly bill has never been more then INR 1500 inclusive of additional booster pack. This is a fraud and if it does not get fixed I will complain to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||
