[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Complaint Against Idea for deceiving in providing SIM Card and Wrong Bill | |||
Dear Idea, I am Manohar Singh Bisht, I have complained so many times to idea customer care for the following reasons: 1- In starting of May'15 one idea executive ([protected]) called me and said do you want to port your number in to idea network, I said yes then next day some guy from Idea came to my house and took my PAN & voter ID proof and gave me one new SIM card. 2-the pack I was agreed for was of Rs. 199. 3- on 25th May'15 I got sms from idea that my services will be start from today. 4-on 25th May'15 mid night my aircel no. [protected] stopped working, when I inserted that new sim given by the executive, I found that the network is not appearing, so I waited for 2 days. After 2 days I wrote mail to idea customer service. 5-someone called me that I have to go to idea outlet to take new sim card, I told them I don't get time during weekdays so please provide me sim at my home. But no body provided sim card. 6- Iam mentally harassed by the idea executives coz, nobody provided me resolution. 7-I received bill from idea of around Rs. 199 in june, god I haven't used my number then why this bill. 8- finally I cancelled all my important works and on 25th july 2015 I went to idea outlet to take nee sim card. 9- when I received new sim card the executive said sir your plan is of Rs 1299, I was shocked to hear that. God how it happened. 10- I made first call from idea [protected] on 25th July 2015 to 198, to explain them about this, I got another shocking news that I have called to idea in June first to increase my plan from 199 to 1599 and after that I have called to reduce it to 1299, o god what kind of fraud is this. 11-I said to 198 that please provide me my voice log if I said so. 12- But no one provided me voice log and they are keep on saying that yes you said to us, its a fraud. please look in to this Iam frustrated and mentally harassed. 13- it's a big fraud which is spoiling idea's name. 14- I have used the sim card from 25th July 2015, from 25th May 2015 to 24th July 2015 I have not used [protected], because I don't have correct sim card. This is a clear case of fraud done by the idea employees, they have miss used my ID and number. Please look into this. Was this information helpful? | |||
