I have a recharge rs 476 but recharge had not been processed but money debit from bank account through mobikwik on 10/09/18 even not updated in wallet then I check in my bank account money goes to zaak e payment sevices pvt.

I am not a Idea customer, they constantly calls me to covert to idea and also they send sms for the same. I asked them for DND service but no action has been taken. Its highly inconvenient.
I receive multiple calls a day to regarding promotions and once denied they call back again.
