Hi. I never subscribed for dindo subscription for my phone number and yet it was activated. I have been unknowingly paying rs 150 for the past few months for a service i did not subscribe for. The operator has brought this information to my notice right now.
I want a full refund of the unnecessary amount i have been paying for, whose benefits i haven't enjoyed. Kindly curtail to the same.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. We would like to inform you, that you've been charged while using WAP service. Also, the bill has been generated accordingly as per your plan rental, usage charges and G.S.T. Hence, we express our inability to refund the same. However, we suggest you to dial *121*46# or send an SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS and 155223 to deactivate the value added service.
