[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — disconnected my no. without notice

In July I got the wrongly charged bill, I raised the complaint on the same day but they haven't resolved that and again I raise the complaint in August even They said we will process. so I haven.t paid that and again I raised the complaint on that without any intimation Idea disconnected my no. I am using that no. from past 10 Years I need that back. I went to Idea store they were telling that we won't give u back.

I am facing network problem from last two months.network shows ok in notification but speed of internet is very slow.I port this no. From airtel to idea to get best speed of internet.but I think my decision was wrong.its very bad experience in our life.

I request you to block the Sim for misuse and arrange to issue a duplicate SIM card immediately.
