[Resolved] Idea Cellular — dnd not working | |||
I have already registered DND in IDEA before 20 days but still i receive commercial SMS and CALL. I am really tired about this this. I dont want any commercial sms /call. How to take action regarding this ? Who is responsible for such things. IDEA or SMS service provider ? It seems that SMS service provider may have allowed to send SMS to DND number too. Let me help to resolve this issue. I got SMS from following sender id : RH-HOSTME AD-STKING VM-UMITRA DM-HEAVEN VM-CUBEIT VM-VPNTEC HP-WEBAPP AM-BUSNSS VG-GITECH VM-BGROUP VM-WEBWRK and many more... Sep 16, 2017 Updated by beyondmart I have also attached screen shot about by dnd status. i had moved my service from vodafone to idea before many days. i had already sent request of DND from IDEA cellular . Please check attached screen shot. Verified Support Sep 25, 2017 Idea Cellular Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We request you to write within 7 days receive promotional SMS or call in below format. .Date of call/SMS (Mandate) .Time of Call/SMS (Optional) .Content of call/SMS (Mandate) .Number from which call/SMS received (Mandate) .Request you that if You get SMS in future please raise complaint through Idea website or may call on 1909 DND helpline number. I had already raised complain more than one times at http://www.ideacellular.com/customer-care/need-help/complaints but still get sms at any time from any sender id.
