Idea Cellular — E aadhaar rejected as a valid document | |
I purchased a new number prepaid of idea cellular gujarat. I submitted print of e adhaar as id proof. But strange after two days idea did not activate my number instead they said it is not valid. As per govt of india notification f. No. 11014/8/2011-logistics dated 28.03.2013, e-adhaar is as valid as the copy of adhaar sent by post. My e aadhar is not accepted by reliance digital to take jio sim.not only mine all peoples have same problem in ongole.they said only by postal aadhar is valid, e aadhar is not taken as a proof to get jio sim.please solve those type of issue
