[Resolved] Idea Cellular — fraud invoicing | |
I have recently shifted my number from airtel to idea. I was shocked to see the fraud that idea is doing. I have a plan in which i get 100 messages, unlimited calls, free roaming, and internet. Still i have been charged for things and usage i haven’t done. Spoke to the customer care also, they were reluctant to help. I shared my concern with the customer care and also told them that’s it’s a fraud, to which i was told that we can share data. I m never going to pay fraud bills and if needed will take this to the court as well. Such thieves and unethical companies operate in india. As per our record, the bill has been generated accordingly as per your plan rental and usage charges on proration basis as well as you've been charged for the usage while National Roaming for the mentioned number. Hence, we request you to kindly clear all your outstanding amount to avoid the inconvenience. Also, we would like to inform you that proration is calculated on the basis of the plan rental & usage charges based on the number of days the benefits has been utilized.
