[Resolved] Idea Cellular — fraudulent transaction

Dear sir / madam
With reference to the communication with your team, i m an sbi credit card holder. I have blocked my card due to a fradulent transaction to your account (Airtel money) from my card. I am lodging a fir complaint with the police. My card number ends with xxxxx8562. Transaction was at around 12:19 pm on 3 march 2018.

Rs 5000- was spent on my sbi card no. Ending xx8562 idea cell bill desk 12:19 am on 3 mar 18.

Kindly cancel this transaction with sbi.

We regret for the inconvenience caused. We're requesting you to not to share or confirm any bank account details with anyone. Also, we suggest you to take the help of legal authorities and file the FIR for the concern.

Updated by drnjv I have filed an FIR Madam and had sent the copy to your team.
Payment gateway of India was kind enough to give me details of the transaction which I had shared with the idea team to freeze the account immediately but to no avail. There was a fraudulent transaction with airtel money as well. They helped me immediately and have taken action. I was expecting the same from Idea but this was not addressed.
