I am using idea services from last 8 months in early 3 moths it was amazing experience with idea. But now from last 5 months its horrible I have lodge complaint so many times even one I have requested them to close/cancel my connection but on that time they asked me to give 1 month before discontinuing the connection . Now network issue is increased day by day also internet speed is totally crushed . If problems can't not be solved why assured to customers for resolution.
