[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — Idea Data Card Recycle Fraud / Cheat

My idea number (data card) is recycled [protected]. At the time of submitting the documents, I had given an alternate number and email address. At the time of recycling no one bothered to inform me as I was unaware of TRAI Recycling rule (as most of them are). I hope alternate numbers/emails are taken as a part of coordinating with customers and not for timepass. Company has to inform the customer at least 15 days (grace period) ahead of decactivation. This is the first part of problem. The 2nd part is that recharged for Rs. 249 (3G internet) as I was unaware of deactivation policy. When I called the customer care, they are not able to solve my problem. I want to lodge a complaint against this company and at the same time I want my money back. Idea Cellular company is fraudster/cheater in India.
