[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — i'm complaining about unsupportive staff in your idea care office

I want to change my postpaid sim in to prepaid again, but your staff is not supporting me, they are just giving several reasons like server problem, or it can be done only at specific date of the month and many others.. They are just giving reasons for everything. I'm using this sim since 10years. If i don't get my sim change to prepaid then i will port it to another network provider! Vodafone is giving it's service at doorsteps and idea is misbehaving with their customers... 😒
