[Resolved] Idea Cellular — Incorrect balance deduction | |||||
There was a incorrect balance deduction of 135+ rupees from my idea prepaid mobile# [protected] on 22st october and i raised a complaint on the same with complaint no.[protected] and even after 2 working days my amount is not refunded and at present my balance is 0.00 rupees and due to which i am not able to do outgoing call not i am not able to receive any incoming calls when i was in roaming. Each time when i call customer care they are just telling lies that your problem will be resolved within 24 hours, but it didn't happened. Kindly take necessary actions on this and please make sure these kind of problems should not repeat. Was this information helpful? | |||||
