[Resolved] Idea Cellular — internet and message pack | |
My internet doesn't work a lot of times, there is always an exclamation mark, also under my pack I get 100 msgs a day, which I can never send, when I'm in hostel(Chandigarh). My message pack never works, internet doesn't work. I switched from Airtel because idea was a promising connection, even my Airtel connections had issues, but it seems like idea is no better. Poor customer service, I can not connect to the customer executive. What is use of buying such pack when it doesn't work, waste of money. Disappointed. Was this information helpful? | |
