[Resolved] Idea Cellular — MNP Rejection | |||
Hi, I'm a customer of idea and my number is [protected]. I have applied for porting to TATA DOCOMO on 15th April and submitted all necessary documents but my porting out request has been rejected by my present network operator i.e, idea without any acceptable reason for rejection when I contacted the customer care they said porting has been rejected, reason they mention is ridiculous they say in the system its set as "User Cancellation" . Why would I opt for portability and then cancel myself don't I have any better work. I ahve also dropped an email to the customer care also the Email reference id is E1-[protected] So I am requesting you to solve this problem of porting. Hope i will get positive response from you.
