Dear Sir, The nature of this complaint is just notify you that my mobile number [protected] which previous company had vodafone (Post paid) Few days ago I was Port this No. in Idea Prepaid, as i receive a call from idea customer care on 2nd - Feb-2015, there (Vodafone) is my last bill Rs. 219 was pending, after that same day I had pay that amount and send the receipt to mail id (Vishal.[protected]@Vodafone.com) as per below mail, and also forward that mail to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com as discussed with Idea customer care, after that toady my numbers Incoming & Outgoing call is barred, i am facing to much problem because it is my service number. Please do the needful.
