[Resolved] Idea Cellular — my number got permanently Disconnected (PD) | |||
hi, hi, this is Deep Zaveri, (BILLA ZAVERI PVT. LTD.) My idea number is [protected].(which is now in PD). i just got entered from airtel to IDEA 1 to 2 months ago by porting number.( with group of 10 person) i went out of INDIA for 20 days, and on returning i saw the message of 20 days before, of not paying airtel bill of 260 rs. when i got back, my number was permenantly disconnected (PD). so what is my fault just for 20 days, my 10 year number got disconnected from me. i called customer care of idea, they told to visit local office for activation with some documents, but on reaching their, the office says go to Airtel office., The airtel office says its nothing to do with us, go to idea. So what is my fault and how do i get back that number. I have already paid the bill 4 days before in airtel. Its my business number, without it, i may make loss. my question is to idea provider if you don't have capability to handle customer .Then you are going to offer port in facilty.
i have ported my number to idea from airtel . and some amount was pending i dont know how it was but it was and just becouse of it my 2
year old bussiness number get lost in somewhere between airtel and idea. neither of the company is going to take responcibility of that
number. i have paid all the bill . i have all the receipt

when i got back, my number was permenantly disconnected (PD).
so what is my fault just for 30 days, my 2 year number got disconnected from me.
i called customer care of idea, they told to visit local office for activation with some documents,
but on reaching their, the office says go to Airtel office., The airtel office says its nothing to do with us, go to idea. after 1 month i pay the airet bill rs 900 and idea bill rs 198 also pay but idea but number pd
So what is my fault and how do i get back that number.
Its my old number, i may make loss.
Its my humble request, please do me some favour.
Give me some positive feedback.

Due to some issues I was not able to pay bill but now I am ready to pay the bill amount but they are saying that your number will not reactivate due to permanently disconnected so plzz help me and reactivate my number my number is +91 [protected] and alternate number is +[protected]plzz reactivate my number and call me at anytime thank you.
