[Resolved] Idea Cellular — No refund of my 1 gb 3g data which i lost due to executives mistake | |||||
I want to put forward my complaint with idea cellular ltd. I recharged with rs 156 and got 1 gb 3g data. As i talked with the customer care executive of idea about full talktime, i was said that its rs 75. I recharged with rs 75 again. And lo, i lost my 1 gb 3g data and got 300 mb 2g data with rs. 75 recharge. I said this to idea as a company, they have given me money recharge of rs 156 but what i want is my 1 gb 3g data back!! It was all due to the mistake of the executive of idea and thus i require my benefit back, not the money recharge!! Was this information helpful? | |||||
