[Resolved] Idea Cellular — no sms is received & going

I am idea user and my mobile no is [protected]. All outgoing & incoming msg are barred on this no. I made many calls to idea call center but no there is no solution. I also met to my idea bahadurgarh. They told me to change the sim. But after checking they told me the sim is o. K. I again made a call to call center but no satisfactory action is taken till now. My all work on sms what to do? Please help me to shootout this problem.

Hello my post paid number was ported successfully from Airtel but I am not able to make calls or access internet. I have called 59059 have can see full connection tower, but when I am making calls I am getting a message that this particular number is not valid. Please help.
