[Resolved]  Idea Cellular — otp messages from banks & other sites

I have been trying to resolve this matter since 5 days. In this day and age I'm not sure how a company like this is surviving with such sub-par services.
I am unable to receive OTP's or messages from any website. All I get are IDEA offer SMS'.
I'm not getting SMS messages for Courier tracking, Banks, Google verification, App verifications etc. I'm able to get them on my good old BSNL number.
My ticket raised on 5th July 2018 is still unattended. On my last call I've been told that they have an application problem so they cannot check the status of my issue.
Is anyone from IDEA listening? Do let me know if I have to get an Airtel or BSNL number instead of this.

If you are receiving the bank OTP and incoming messages. If you are still facing the same concern, we will ensure to work on the same and get it resolved.
