[Resolved] Idea Cellular — pack not getting activated | |||
Hi idea, I have ported my vodafone sim to idea on 31st july 2017 and i bought a pack of 450 rs which includes unlimited outgoing calls, 100 sms/day, 1gb data/day for 84 days. But till now my pack is not yet active. I am trying to call 59059 from past one week, but it's not getting connected. Please help. My idea number is [protected]. I somehow feel that the vendors from where i bought the sim have cheated me and have not done any proper recharge and simply charged me 450. Please let me know how this can be resolved. Due to non payment of my bill you have barred my outgoing facility. Now i have paid my bill in morning. But upto this time outgoing facility is not availbale to my no: [protected]. Kindly see.
