Idea Cellular — Portability problem

Address:Udaipur, Rajasthan

I want to port my mobile number idea west Bengal to Rajasthan reliance.i tried 2 times but idea did not donate my number to reliance.they said that i agree to continue with idea but i did not get any call from idea network.please help to port this number my mobile number is [protected] thanks neelkamal dey

yesterday 3 rd time i try to port my number idea west bengal to rajasthan reliance & I'm sure this time there is no problem with that.
