[Resolved] Idea Cellular — ported to idea but 59059 number not connecting

I ported from airtel to idea number [protected] but even after be in line for hours 59059 number is not connecting from customer care number how to get this activated now its frustratiing kindly let me know how to get verification done as 59059 number is not connecting atleast gv me call on [protected] or [protected] to activation
