Idea Cellular — Porting done on 3/3/16 but sim card not activated till date | |||||
Dear Sir, With reference to my number [protected] ported from reliance to idea. On 3/3/16 porting has been done but after sim inserted to mobile showing invalid sim & sim card not activated till date. Regarding this issue I already compliant to customer care, idea store as well as. Appellant authority of idea cellular but till date sim card not activated. They charged 120/form porting. Still sim card is not activated & no resolution is provided yet. Please do needful regarding this issue because my all important calls are missing due to idea negligence. Following message was received but sim card not activated yet Dear customer, Welcome to Idea. Please call 59059 for tele-verification after 03/03/2016 22:30:00 to enjoy our services. What kind of services you have I don't know but there is no reply from your end regarding trailing mail.

Today as per communication on idea 198 they said different sim card is activated than which was provided to me.how it happened.
Its totally idea store mistake.
Tell them delivered sim to me on following address
